We are happy to offer our guests free parking. Your car will be parked near the apartments, under outdoor security cameras.

For your comfort, the houses include washing machines and all necessary cleaning supplies.Additionally, for longer stays, we offer cleaning every 3 days and free linen and towel change upon request.

Each apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen that has everything you need: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and a cozy dining area.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
• Pets are allowed upon prior approval.
• Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Guests are responsible for the preservation of the apartment’s property and furnishings.

Please note:
Our apartments are located on the top of a scenic hill, surrounded by olive trees and the peaceful countryside of Abruzzo. To reach us, a private car is required, as public transport does not operate in this area. The last 100 meters of the road are unpaved, adding a charming rural touch to your route. We recommend driving slowly and enjoying the beautiful view upon arrival.
