Just a short drive from our apartments lies the picturesque Adriatic coastline and the cozy restaurants of Pineto, where you can enjoy the freshest seafood and Abruzzo wines.

Nearby you will find charming historic towns that feel as if they stepped out of the Middle Ages: Atri and its nature reserve, Civitella del Tronto with its fortress, and the enchanting Ascoli Piceno with its white-stone squares.

For food lovers — local agriturismos where you can taste homemade dishes, arrosticini, cheeses and wines produced in the region.

We really enjoyed our stay at AlbaPineto place. We choose Casa Gran Sasso. The house is a gem, hidden between picturesque fields and hills. In the morning, you can see how the sun rises from the Adriatic sea and in the evening enjoy the colours of sunset on the Apennines directly from your window. The place is tranquil. However, the sea is just a short drive away. And there are plenty of great restaurants in the area, as well as grocery shops and a large outlet in the nearest town.
In the house, we found a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The glass doors in the bedroom could be fully opened, connecting to the terrace and allowing the sea breeze to enter the room. Moreover, air conditioners in both rooms help ensure a restful sleep during hot summer nights.
Communication with the host was always quick and easy. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat far from the hustle of a big city, this place is undoubtedly what you need.

We are from Finland, and during our trip in Italy we found something truly special — a small guesthouse called Alba, located on the hills near the town of Pineto.
Pineto’s long sandy beaches are ideal for seaside life, with gently sloping waters and great restaurants. The house is just a few kilometers from the town and the beaches, on a small hill, and it stayed pleasantly cool and comfortable even during the Italian summer heat. The views were indescribably beautiful — both during the day and in the evening when the sun set and the lights lit up on the hillsides.
The house has a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Air conditioning is available both in the living room and the bedroom, and everything was spotlessly clean.
The hosts are friendly and considerate — they made us feel truly welcome, like part of their family.
This accommodation is an excellent choice whether for one night or a longer stay. We will definitely come back again — it will feel like coming home.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely house in Pineto!
We stayed here with our little daughter and felt completely at home. The house is cozy, peaceful, and equipped with everything you might need — just perfect for relaxing and enjoying a stress-free holiday.
In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the beach, which is also great for children: clean sea, shallow water, and well-organized beach clubs with restaurants and bars.
The location is also ideal for exploring the surrounding area, and rental cars are easy to find at the airport, which makes getting around simple and convenient.
The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always attentive and ready to share great local tips.
We slept wonderfully thanks to the silence and comfort of the area.
We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday surrounded by sea, nature, and tranquility.
