We are happy to offer our guests free parking. Your car will be parked near the apartments, under outdoor security cameras.

For your comfort, the houses are equipped with a washing machine and all necessary cleaning supplies.Additionally, for longer stays, we offer cleaning every 3 days and free linen and towel change upon request.

Each apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen that includes everything you need: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and a cozy dining area.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.
• Pets are allowed upon prior approval.
• Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Guests are responsible for the preservation of the apartment’s property and furnishings.

Please note:
Our apartments are located on the top of a scenic hill, surrounded by olive trees and the peaceful countryside of Abruzzo. To reach us, a private car is required, as public transport does not operate in this area. The last 100 meters of the road are unpaved, adding a charming rural touch to your route. We recommend driving slowly and enjoying the beautiful view upon arrival.
